All app-level configuration is consolidated in the superadmin panel.

What lives in the superadmin panel

Email sender identity (from-name, from-address, reply-to). Per-template enable/disable + content editing. Liability waiver text + version. Force a single user to re-acknowledge the waiver. Aya's notification email + the membership chair's email. The Stripe-migration product catalog (when the migration ships).
